Should Locate32.net User Forums allow E-MAIL from the board?

I need to know what everyone thinks and WHY.

Should we allow users to E-MAIL each other? I say, NO. The reason is because we also have Private Messaging.

Also, it is currently considered a security flaw and I agree. There is no reason you need to send a private e-mail to me that you could not achieve in a private message.

So, if everyone would please vote and explain if YES. If NO, I don't need any explanation, I'll assume you agree. If, YES, I need to know why you need e-mail and why you think it is perfectly safe.
